Article 1 — Legal information
These terms govern sales on wearcode.fr, published by Benoit Guionie (sole trader), "ECAB13 / Wearcode", SIRET 990 156 838 00015, 26 boulevard de la Scierie, 13015 Marseille, France. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Article 2 — Products
Wearcode offers custom products (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories…) featuring a QR code and designs configured by the customer. Each item is made on demand.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B" notice applies. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order.
Article 4 — Order
The order is final after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online via our secure payment provider Mollie: bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or any other method offered on the payment page. Payment details are entered on Mollie's secure page and encrypted: they never pass through our servers.
Article 6 — Production and lead times
Production within 3 to 7 business days, excluding shipping time. Times are indicative.
Article 7 — Delivery
We deliver across Europe: the 27 countries of the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
As every item is printed on demand, the total time combines production (2 to 5 business days) and shipping (1 to 7 business days depending on the country), i.e. roughly 4 to 12 business days for your country. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed: they may vary with destination, season and carrier. The time for your own order is shown in your cart as soon as you enter the delivery country.
Shipping costs vary with the type and number of products ordered and with the destination country. The exact amount is calculated in your cart and confirmed before any payment.
Delivery is handled by our partner carriers. If a parcel is damaged, report it promptly with photos.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products. No cancellation for convenience is possible after validation.
Article 9 — Returns and defective products
In case of manufacturing defect or damaged product, Wearcode provides a free replacement or refund. Contact info@wearcode.fr with photos. See Returns & Refunds.
Article 10 — Use of products and hosted pages
Wearcode products and hosted pages are intended for adults. Customers are solely responsible for how they use the products they buy and for the content they publish on their hosted page (text, photos, links, messages). They agree not to publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing the rights of others. Wearcode hosts these pages without checking their content in advance and may suspend or remove a page reported as manifestly unlawful: reports can be sent to info@wearcode.fr. This clause does not limit the customer's statutory rights (legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects).
Article 11 — Personal data
Processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
