Article 1 — Legal information
These terms govern sales on wearcode.fr, published by Benoit Guionie (sole trader), "ECAB13 / Wearcode", SIRET 990 115 683 800 15, 26 boulevard de la Scierie, 13015 Marseille, France. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.
Article 2 — Products
Wearcode offers custom products (t-shirts, hoodies, accessories…) featuring a QR code and designs configured by the customer. Each item is made on demand.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The "VAT not applicable, art. 293 B" notice applies. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order.
Article 4 — Order
The order is final after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made by bank card via our secure provider Stripe. Payment data is encrypted.
Article 6 — Production and lead times
Production within 3 to 7 business days, excluding shipping time. Times are indicative.
Article 7 — Delivery
Handled by our partner carriers. If a parcel is damaged, report it promptly with photos.
Article 8 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products. No cancellation for convenience is possible after validation.
Article 9 — Returns and defective products
In case of manufacturing defect or damaged product, Wearcode provides a free replacement or refund. Contact info@wearcode.fr with photos. See Returns & Refunds.
Article 10 — Personal data
Processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 11 — Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
