Returns & Refunds

Wearcode returns policy for personalised products: defects, refunds.

Personalised products: no returns for convenience

All Wearcode items are made on demand and personalised. In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal. Please check your design, colours and size carefully, and always test your QR code before ordering.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming product

In case of manufacturing defect, printing error on our part or product damaged in transit, we replace it free of charge or fully refund you.

How to make a request?

  1. Contact info@wearcode.fr within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos of the defect.

Size or design error on your part

Input errors (wrong size, colour, design or QR) cannot be refunded, as the product is already made. Write to us — we review each case with care.

Refund times

Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days.
